Sign-up takes about 5 minutes from start to finish. Make sure you have your credit card ready and that you won't be interrupted during the sign-up process.
You will time out after 10 minutes if you leave the sign-up process prematurely. If you get locked out from registration, you have 3 options for continuing:
Wait 1 hour and then sign up again with the same email address
Sign up again right away with a different email address
Contact GoGrid immediately to have your session re-set
You must use a valid, physical credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. We do not accept virtual "E-cards" and pre-paid cards.
Do not use your browser's Back button to make changes. If you do, the sign-up process will fail, depending on your web browser. Most sign-up errors we see are caused by using the Back button during the sign-up process.
Your email address is your User ID and can only be used for one account. Multiple accounts will require multiple email addresses.
Choose your email address carefully. Your email address can only be used to create one account. If you have an existing account with GoGrid, you must choose a new email address.
If you are signing up from outside the United States, only the Address, City, and Country fields are required. Please do not select a State/Province.
You must have a valid phone number. We will authenticate your sign-up with a phone call or text. If you don't respond, we won't activate your account.
Please do not use 1-800 or 1-888 numbers, VoiP or Prepaid numbers.
Avoid using special characters (diacritics) and lengthy addresses where possible.
After you've successfully signed up with GoGrid, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing your account. Once you have a new account, you may add services, add users, change your password, and create Support requests; however, you won't be able to change the User ID email.
